Three French Bullgod Puppies

THIS IS HOW
I MADE IT

Welcome everyone! My name is Brandon and I am the Owner and Head Trainer for Kratos K9 LLC.

Since I was kid, I have always taken an interest in dogs. Sadly, I never had the chance to own one of these beautiful animals growing up due to my commitment to being a year-round athlete.

Shortly after graduating high school, I enlisted in the Marine Corps. While being deployed in Afghanistan, I would always pass by and see the Explosive Ordinance Disposal K9 Handlers. Watching them with their dogs and the relationship they had built was mind-blowing. I had never seen anything like it. I knew that was the kind of connection I wanted in my life.

Once I got back from deployment, I rescued my first dog Abby and then shortly after, my dog Diesel. After getting medically retired from the Marines, I noticed Diesel started having some behavioral issues. I was at a loss for what to do, so I knew that reaching out for professional help from a dog trainer was exactly what Diesel and I both needed. From that moment on, I was hooked.

I ended up working under Fabiola Alviso, who was the trainer that helped me and my dog Diesel. I was taught and shown the ins and outs to building the strong foundation that is needed to educate and train both dog and owner. A few years later, my family and I relocated from Southern California to the Greater Tampa Area, where I decided to take the next step and start up Kratos K9.

Since I started training dogs, I have had the privilege of working with all types of breeds, sizes, and temperaments of dogs to include high-drive working dogs, laid-back house pets to even aggressive dogs. From my experience, I can say that no two dogs nor owners are ever alike, but I have found that my true passion is to empower the bond between owner and dog by having clear communication and mutual respect. My commitment to my clients (both dogs and owners) is to help create a calm and confident dog through balance and consistency.
